NEW TIMA 1 AND TIMA 2 FORMS AADA has worked closely with the Department of Finance and Administration on new TIMA 1 - Dealers Reassignment of Title and TIMA 2 - Power of Attorney to Sign for Owner forms that can be uploaded to your DMS systems and signed digitally in an effort to simplify the vehicle purchasing process. We are thrilled to announce that DF&\;A has approved the new single page TIMA forms as well as gained approval for dealers to accept digital signatures on both forms. In addition\, DF&\;A is now accepting a digital signature on odometer disclosures. Dealers can download the new TIMA forms here: TIMA 1 - Dealers Reassignment of Title TIMA 2 - Power of Attorney to Sign for Owner In order to ensure a seamless transition\, DF&\;A will continue to accept either the paper TIMA 1 and paper\, triplicate TIMA 2 forms as inventories are depleted or the newly approved versions.
